KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  when KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

SERVER USE
Personal accounts and Free Web Sites are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account and Free Web Sites holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

Personal accounts and Free Web Sites

Personal accounts and Free Web Sites Are limited to disk space only! That means NO E-MAIL or other functions. even if it's enabled do not use it! If you are found utilizing any resource not approved your account will be terminated without any questions asked!

Dedicated, Shared and Reseller Server leasing may however resell our Reseller or their own Reseller packages.

The Operating system, The Control Panel, WebHost Manager programs and parts their of  are the property of KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting . Anyone found trying to copy duplicate or manipulate ( Hacking )the servers will be suspended and if applicable prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  reserves the right to refuse service and or access to its servers to anyone.

KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its shared servers:
Illegal Material or Material - Includes copyrighted works non copyrighted works, commercial audio, warez, video, or music files, audio or video streaming ,"file dumping" and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. Chat scripts or Irc bots, spamming activities
 

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  .

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

"file dumping" The posting of files for download or storing of files for distribution commercial or non commercial

The Dedicated Full Servers do support "file dumping" and audio streaming upon our approval.

kbbwebhosting reserves the right, at any time, to charge additional fees
for any of this Services to individual Broadcasting on the servers.

Violators of the above accounts will be suspended.

UNLIMITED USE POLICY
High bandwidth usage: KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very large ratios of bandwidth per customer. In rare cases, KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers. This policy does not apply to FIXED BANDWIDTH plans.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.

When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  reserves the right to contact and suspend that site. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.

PAYMENT POLICIES

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established. Customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their prepay period unless closure notification has already been given.

In situations where the card number on file is declined KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made. At this point the customer's card will be charged automatically.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit / Debit Cards:

Cheque ( Check ) Payment:
This option is only available to customers who pay annually for their KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  account. A credit / debit card number will still be required if customers require the facility to purchase domains and other services on-line. KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  cannot guarantee that a service will be provided until after any received cheques have been cleared.

Money

No refund starts from the date of the purchase as reflected on your payment receipt.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. If a customer contravenes KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  ' terms of service a refund will be not issued in the event of a cancellation.

Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled. Customers may be given the option to purchase services which were offered as start-up incentives in the result of a cancellation.

Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable . In addition some "non standard account features" such as Front Page Extensions ,Control Panels, MY SQL, Sql server, Live stats and set up fees are non-refundable. The designation of "non standard account features" is left entirely to the discretion of KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  .

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  , its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  ' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from KBBWEBHOSTING , kbbwebhosting.com , our web hosting  ' server.
