Our system creates new web hosting accounts automatically. Your new web hosting account will be created within 15 minute of placing an order and making a payment. You will then receive your account activation email along with account login details so that you can start uploading and managing your new account. However, we do restrict automated account creation from high-risk countries. For those countries, account activation will be reviewed within 24 hours (this procedure takes place to prevent fraudulent transactions from occurring

FrontPage & DreamWeaver

Both Microsoft FrontPage and Macromedia DreamWeaver, as well as any other HTML compatible website editors are fully supported by our hosting plans, which means that you can host webpages designed with these programs on our servers without a problem. We support all versions of Microsoft FrontPage up to FrontPage 2003, as well as all versions of DreamWeaver up to DreamWeaver MX. You can also use any other HTML compatible program to create your web pages and then host them on our servers

Yes, just be sure to specify that you are requesting a transfer and NOT a new domain. If you are moving your site to our servers from another hosting company, you will need to change the DNS (domain name server) entries for your domain name. (sometimes referred to as NameServer entries) NOTE: You should first upload your site's current pages and files to the IP address you received from us when you ordered. You do not want to change your NameServer entries until you have finished this, because your domain name will point to a site with no pages, causing down-time for your site. (an IP address can be used like a domain name, so you'll upload your pages using that, and then when the NameServers are changed, your domain name will point to your new site with us.)

At the end of the 72 hours you should verify that you've been switched over, and then contact your previous host to have them delete the old domain from their records and update their DNS record. If you use this same provider for your Internet access you will not be able to access your domain site until they update their DNS
